Avant Construction's roots are in commercial construction. John Avant began in the commercial construction industry in 1969. Over 50 years later, he is still building.

In 2003 Avant Construction broke ground on their first custom home. Since that time they have provided the Oxford area with award winning residential construction.

After working in the construction industry for over 15 years, John Avant founded Avant Construction in 1984. Since that time he has provided north Mississippi with the highest quality commercial, industrial, and residential construction available. Johnny Avant, a University of Mississippi graduate, joined his father in 1995. With over 75 years of combined experience, The Avants are ready to build your dream.
